it depends on the place of storage (temp/light/cool ness humidity (is items gonna be stored air tight) all these things have to do with how long they will last.
i'd say being air tight and stored cool without alot of humidity 1-2 weeks

In whatever you chose to store your cookies in, make sure its air tight and place a slice or two of white bread on the bottom of the container covered by a paper towel. Put the cookies in and they should stay soft and fresh
