No they probally do that because they would have to drive in the hot sun.
They go in shade, otherwise they'd melt quickly.. thus why they aren't around much on a hot and sunny day, worse business for them :D
USUALLY THE BEACH , BALL OR SPORTS GAMES. MANY COMMINITIES HAVE THEM BANNED,
Iceland, just in case their goods start to disintegrate!
