Is it too late to start using progesterone cream at 10 days past ovulation?

I have a normal luteal phase length (12-14 days) but start spotting a few days before (around 8-9 dpo). Otherwise no problems and very regular cycles (26-28 days). Will progesterone cream help with the spotting? My chart is at www.fertilityfriend.com/home/6885 I have also been taking 50mg B6 this cycle and just upped it to 100mg plus have some vitex to start next cycle. Is it too late to start using progesterone cream at 10 days past ovulation?
I hope your are under a doctors care with all the things that you are doing. If you're spotting %26amp; are on BC pills, you probably need to change them or increase the dose.Is it too late to start using progesterone cream at 10 days past ovulation?
No, it is not too late! Many women do not find out about low progesterone levels until they are several weeks pregnant. Most doctors recommend beginning the progesterone regiment at least 2 days past ovulation. You then continue using the progesterone supplement until cd 28 (in normal cycle). You may want to discuss the regiment with a doctor who understands your situation. I have always had to be on ';prochieve'; to sustain a pregnancy. It works wonders for me (it is kinda pricey, usually $250 a cycle).

Also, the b-6 worked wonders for my luteal phase. Give it a couple months to kick in.
