It's hard to say because it depends on the type of muffins and ice cream you had. Typically, a regular bought muffin has around 300 calories (without chocoalte or anything else). Regular icecream on average has about 120 cal per scoop. So you are looking at around 720 calories for what you had (but could be more or less depending on the type). As for coffee, coffee has no calories unless you had sugar, cream or milk.
Now if that's all you eat today, no it isn't too many calories. In fact, you should be eating around 1400 (dependign if you are trying to lose weight). The thing is is that you probably still need to eat lunch or dinner which then adds up to too much. Plus, the amount of sugar you consumed in the muffins and ice cream, as well as fat, is not good for you. And those food choices don't have any essential nutrients or vitamins that you need. So treat yorself once in a while, but don't eat like that every day ;)Two muffins, cup of coffee and a scoop of ice cream...is this too much calories for one day?
No, it's not too much, but you're eating like crap and probably feel like it.Two muffins, cup of coffee and a scoop of ice cream...is this too much calories for one day?
go to calorieking.com and add it up
Maybe...but who cares?? Live your life !!!!
YummY!!
No. It's not enough, most likely. That's like 500-700 cals.
It depends on the muffins, really. I would never eat two muffins AND ice cream, you're looking at close to 1,000 calories right there, and that's not enough variety to be healthy. Get some veggies!
probably less than the daily average!
have fun eating the muffin!

3 questions:
what type of muffins , from where how big?
cream and sugar in the coffee?
what type of ice cream?
possiblly...this is not a lot of food...but muffins are very high in calories.
lol it depends on the type of muffins and size of both the muffins and coffee but i would imagine its most of your days calorie intake eat salad for tea or supper lol but it does not hurt once and a while to have a treat :0)
how big ar the muffins? assuming they are 300 calories each, coffee doesnt have any calories unless you add milk cream or sugar, and a scoop of ice cream probably has less than 100 calories. about 700 calories which is not enough, and it is not healthy food.
