try a lanolin cream you can usually find it with all the breast feeding stuff. It is very greasy but seals in moisture like crazy. I dont know if you are a man or a woman but anyone can use it you could try vasaleine but i think the lanolin would work alot better

try vitamin e pills take a stick pin make a whole and squeeze on to the area do this for a month and the dryness should go away, and aloe from a aloe Vera plant is also just as good
use Purelan or the other type of pure lanolin that breastfeeding mothers uses. It works. When I was breastfeeding my nipples got dry and cracked and it worked wonders.
